My stay here was perfect. It was an ideal and beautiful hotel in Miami Beach. Location: the property was short walk to Miami Beach, and Restaurant. There was café Cafe Vert, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The hotel offers a big, modern room with a spacious bathroom and helpful staff. The restaurant and bar, being a historic building from 1930, provides a unique and charming atmosphere. The breakfast is excellent.

Our room on a high floor had a balcony with a stunning view of the waterway and Miami in the distance. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the lobby exuded a sense of history. The highlight of our stay was the delicious dinner at the Surf Club. The proximity to Bal Harbor for shopping was a bonus. it was a luxurious and rejuvenating experience.

As bike riders, we loved the bike rental service and the scenic bike trails nearby. The hotel also had great ocean views and a Kids Club that kept our children entertained. The beach service and restaurants were exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. a delightful experience!

I stayed at this hotel for Thanksgiving and there were some things I liked. I was offered a complimentary drink upon arrival and a small snack in my room. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and some shops. Additionally, the room I stayed in had a great view of the city and the ocean which I really enjoyed.

There were also some things I disliked about my stay. The staff were not very friendly or accommodating and made me feel like I was bothering them when I asked for assistance.
